One outboard impeller is included in all GLM marine water pump kits please look here for installation video
Inside of pump cup should be lubricated with wheel bearing grease. Then installed on drive shaft with key or pin, then press down pump housing while turning the drive shaft clockwise till unit seats out in the pump cup area.
See picture below for detailed information, including the water pump impeller key-pin type and part number that will be required to install in lower unit gearcase.
