It is recommended that a new clutch (#22625) be installed with these heavy duty gears
Fewer, larger, and stronger teeth. Pinion gear has 12 teeth, forward and reverse gears have
22 teeth. The original OEM gear set has 14 teeth on the pinion gear and 26
teeth on the forward and reverse gears
Machined from higher alloy 8620 forged steel which is capable of operating with up to 300hp

The new heavy duty GLM #22666 gears will not interchange with the standard gears. For individual
gear replacement , you must use the standard duty GLM #22623 (forward and pinion gears) or the GLM #22624 (reverse gear)
