We provide pre-printed shipping waybills to our customers who would like to send in their gear cases for
repair or core return. Our FedEx waybills provide the customer with an easy way to ship their gear cases to our
location at a 2 day priority service (2 working days). The final cost for the customer to ship their gear case to our
warehouse is covered under a flat rate of $80 within the continental United States. This $80 delivery charge will be
billed to the customer after their unit has been repaired.
If you are sending in your OMC or Mercruiser gear case for repair, please follow these instructions:
Contact us by phone, fax or email to receive a pre-printed waybill. Make sure to provide us with your name,
address (no P.O. boxes please) and contact phone number. After receiving your waybill, follow the included instructions and
fill it out in full. Contact 1-800-GO-FEDEX when you are ready to have your gear case picked up.
*If shipping an OMC 800 / 400, please remove the exhaust housing from the lower unit before shipping. An
additional (up to) $140 will be charged for labour to remove the exhaust housing from the lower unit.
