90200 Hinge Pin Tool 91-78310

Tool P/N 90200 is used to remove the 2 hinge pins on the side of the bell housing in order to access the internal components. This tool is a 12 point, special sized socket that is not found in automotive kits. Make sure not to strip the pin by using something such as a hex key as this will be very difficult to remove after stripping. Replaces OEM 91-78310. $20.99

508235 Gasket Compound

P/N 508235 is a sealing compound that must be used on both sides of the bell housing gasket when installing the out-drive back onto the boat. It is recommended to coat boat sides liberally, let it swell overnight, and just before installing - add one more coat for a perfect seal. $24.95

39622 Bell Housing Gasket 27-94996T2

P/N 39622 gasket for the bell housing should be replaced every time the stern drive is removed from the boat. 1 is included in the bellows kit. If you anticipate you may need to remove your outdrive more than once for various repairs, it is recommended to have a spare on hand.
