It is recommended that a new clutch (#22625) be installed with these heavy duty gears
Gears can be used with with standard 1-3/16" prop shaft (1986 - 1990) or 1-1/4" prop shaft (1991 - 1993)
Machined from higher alloy 8620 forged steel which is capable of operating with up to 300hp

The new heavy duty GLM #22666 gears will not interchange with the standard Cobra gears. For individual
Cobra gear replacement , you must use the standard duty GLM #22623 (forward and pinion gears) or the GLM #22624 (reverse gear)
